Upon completion of his fellowship, Dr. Grant opened his own practice in Los Angeles, CA which has been in operation for nearly 25 years. He served as the Medical Director of The Elizabeth Center for Cancer Detection and in 2004, he founded the Belizean Women’s Wellness Foundation, a non-profit in Los Angeles, CA. In 2008, Dr. Grant founded the Belize Cancer Center Dangriga, a non-profit outpatient treatment facility established in Belize which provides consultation and treatment of persons living with cancer in Belize. Dr. Grant is a certified scuba diver and enjoys kayaking. On June 16, 2014, he was bestowed as the Commander of the British Empire (CBE) by Queen Elizabeth II for his contributions to medicine. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
