“My experience was perfect. I couldn’t ask for a more understanding and kindness. The nurse practitioner was outstanding. She explained the procedure and spoke in terms I understood. Thank you for your care and understanding. The front desk was welcoming, I was so lost trying to get there on time. I thought I would have to reschedule but the nurses said, “we will see you” I was so grateful. . This was a true blessing. I was called back in less than 5 minutes. A CT scan was done shortly thereafter. I will always refer patients (former colleagues , friends and family) to this office. In my opinion having staff like I met today, the kindness and comforting words from the moment I stepped in the office. Kind and happy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. God bless you and your entire staff. This office will be very successful!!!!!!

“I am so thankful I booked with Las Vegas Sinus &ENT Center’s. The office staff was wonderful, called me before my appointment to confirm everything and sent me the forms needed ahead of time so I actually had no wait time in the office. I literally walked in and was taken back for my appointment and they had the equipment in office to scan my sinuses and eustachian tubes for a quick diagnosis. I saw P.A. Jamie Planes, she was very kind and thorough, took plenty of time to explain my diagnosis and treatment plan and gave me opportunity throughout the appointment to ask questions. I left feeling very encouraged that my issue would be resolved but if not, there were other options for future treatment. This is a wonderful medical practice and I highly recommend them. ”

Dr. Waterman is double board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
A Seattle native, Dr. Waterman was accepted directly from high school into the highly competitive Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute/Albany Medical College BS/MD program. He completed his biology degree at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College at age 23, having completed the accelerated combined BS/MD curriculum in six years rather than the typical eight. During medical school, he received the John Milton Bigelow Prize for excellence in examinations related to ear, nose, and throat medicine.
He went on to complete a general surgery internship, followed by a four-year residency in Otolaryngology at Albany Medical Center Hospital. During residency, Dr. Waterman trained under Dr. Peter Koltai, a recognized leader in pediatric otolaryngology, who introduced him to rhinoplasty—an area that became a long-standing focus of his surgical training.

I was looking for an ENT doctor because of urgent issues. I wanted to be seen by the doctor; I felt my situation warranted a doctor's examination.
Instead, I was examined by the nurse practitioner, Jamie, and I admit that I didn't need a doctor after seeing her. She was wonderful; very kind, very nice, very thorough. She took time to explain everything I ever wanted to know about my sinus condition. She did everything she could to put my mind at ease. She truly is a good practitioner. The medication she prescribed has already started to work. I am thankful. If you are in need of an ENT provider, please give her a try. You will also find the office staff to be very friendly and very helpful.
