What should a new client know about working with you?
Judith is passionate about providing high-quality mental health services; her exceptional clinical skills are enhanced by her ability to meet patients where they are and building meaningful relationships with patients and their families. Judith believes in applying evidence-based treatments and forming a good rapport with patients. Judith takes time to listen to her patients and reviews their mental and medical history which facilitates formulating a patient-centered treatment plan for each patient.
NOTE- Judith is only providing Medication Management Services at this time. Judith is not taking new patients that require THERAPY. Thanks.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My prospective patients are encouraged to complete a mental Health Intake form prior to their initial visit. The questionnaire will allow me to get to know you better in order to provide you with the best possible mental health services. My process comprises psychiatric assessment, mental status examination as well as other behavioral Health screening tools that may be applicable.

She has taken a holistic approach and takes the time to understand my perspective and background, while still offering helpful feedback that has helped me progress a lot. Dr. Irobereachi was the most incredible doctor I have ever seen in my life. She was so responsive and kind and made time to see me as soon as possible. Our first evaluation was very thorough, she asked a lot of questions about my symptoms and about every relevant area of my life and I felt really listened to. She gave me a diagnosis and we are now starting treatment, and I think she did an amazing job with the the accuracy of diagnosis and treatment because I already feel so much better! I will definitely continue seeing her and I highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking psychiatric help.
