Honestly, this was the absolute worst telehealth experience of my life. This morning I was told by a primary care physician to see a specialist. So I found a "specialist", Francine, who was extremely difficult to understand, wasted 38 mins of our time - just to tell me she wouldn't help me, and that I should instead see a PCP. She knew I already had.
I have been prescribed a medication for more than 20 years (10 of those by my previous doctor), but I just moved to Maryland and therefore just need a MD RX asap until I can figure out doctors here. Thought ZocDoc would be a quick fix- mostly because ZocDoc has NEVER let me down -- until today.
Francine legit REFUSED to prescribe my ADD medication because I shared with her that not only does it work for ADD, it also helps with fatigue. This literal *fact* is apparent on Google / all over the world, yet Francine took it upon herself to refuse to help me.
Worst. Experience. Ever. Total waste of time.
Do NOT recommend.
