This is not a reflection of the provider. The office reached out asking for imaging a day before the appointment, on the day of the appointment I called 4 times and the office staff couldn’t get one person who reportedly handles the Zoc doc referrals for video visits on the phone and they never called back. The appointment was cancelled because they didn’t have imaging they didn’t ask for though the appointment was booked for weeks, until a day before the appt and then no one could get the person who needed to receive the documents on the phone to ask where to send them. I didn’t even get to meet the provider which is unfortunate. The office is extremely unorganized and while staff who answered the phone tried to help the person responsible for Zoc doc referrals no one can find and doesn’t return phone calls. Be careful before wasting time booking an appointment weeks in advance the office may cancel it last minute because they ask for things last minute they don’t tell you they need.
