Dr. Eppel was very thoughtful, friendly and thorough. I hadn't had a vision test in years and after testing he informed me of the need of glasses. He was extremely patient in answering my questions. The staff was very attentive and helpful in choosing frames that were right for me. The frames I purchased had good coverage under insurance and are very attractive. I have gotten compliments so far. I was very pleased overall with the visit.

I arrived half hour early and I was greeted with welcoming faces, the staff started the process and I was in and out quickly, however, I was unable to get my glasses right away as my insurance never cover anything and I had to cover all out of pocket.

Nice office. Great doctor.
My insurance covered the appointment but it didn’t cover my prescription frames. I was told I had to pay out of pocket for it, which sucks. Overall, my experience with the doctor himself was great.
Hopefully they have prescriptions covered by insurance for customers like myself.
