Things went very smoothly, starting with getting a same-day appointment. The electronic device for updating my information was glitch-free. The technician who saw me first was knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Cleveland had my records at hand, ran her tests smoothly and provided clear answers to my questions. The experience could not have been better.

My appointment was at the end of the day, but it was right on time. Everyone in the office was cheerful and welcoming, and Dr. Cleveland was kind, capable and professional as always. Due to Covid 19, some of my annual specialized eye testing (done by other doctors at GW) had been cancelled and she facilitated rescheduling, for which I was grateful.

Dr. Cleveland was very professional and carried out the eye exam well. Her bedside manner is impeccable. However, I would warn potential patients that the office has no parking validation and if you stay over 2 hours as I did, parking costs $23. Also there are no eye glasses in the office so if you're just going for a routine eye exam and get new glasses you may decide another professional makes more sense.
