The office was not aware of my visit despite me receiving three confirmation messages. The staff person who 'greeted' me seemed annoyed that I was there and felt it necessary to lecture me how I evidently I did something unspecified wrong and was not even supposed to be there but she was somehow 'doing me a favor' to 'squeeze me in', i.e. make we wait to be seen by the provider. Zocdoc and the provider's office had zero communication evidently, I might as well just walked in off the street. I felt completely unwelcome and would not return to this office. I had no concerns or issues with the service of the provider
Dr Sapp and his team were very attentive and answered all my questions and will follow up for further care. I feel more confident on the way my DX is being treated and I would recommend him 100%!

Dr. Sapp was incredible, attentive, emphatic and professional. He was able to answer questions with calm demeanor and able to give a well thought out differential diagnosis and assessment. We discussed plans of treatment and demonstrated adequate physician behavior in front of rotating residents. Would recommend with zero hesitation to anyone.

Verified patient
I would not recommend Dr Sapp and won’t be returning. He seemed disinterested. He did some mobility tests on my ankle and shoulder, but didn’t ask basic questions that would’ve helped tailor treatment. Example: I told him I do a group fitness class frequently and suspected it caused the injury. He admitted he was not familiar with it—but didn’t ask what it involved or how it might relate to my symptoms. After the tests, he left and returned with exercise printouts. He quickly talked about the exercises and mentioned physical therapy but gave no explanation for the PT or why doing weighted ankle exercises was helpful for what he described as an overuse injury (Achilles tendonitis). His advice was one-size-fits-all, and I left feeling confused and concerned about it. I saw another doctor 2 days later. The contrast in care was striking: this doc gave the same diagnosis but was far more thorough—asked detailed questions, gave tailored do’s and don’ts, and even recommended supportive shoes.
Verified patient
Dr. Sapp was knowledgeable and confirmed what I thought my issue was. He also was helpful in giving me exercises to do while I recover from injury, without having to go to a physical therapist.

Dr. Sapp was super friendly and attentive and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. He took his time with me and asked questions, and made sure we both knew our action items after the appointment. He was the opposite of dismissive (how many other doctors I’ve seen have been). He explained my treatment options and talked me through what he recommends, but ultimately made it clear it was my decision.
I really liked Dr. Sapp. He was professional, friendly and took all the actions my situation required. He was easy t talk to and answered my questions; he also explained my options in a way that made sense to me. I also found his PA to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Would totally recommend Dr. Sapp and the office!

They talk to me through the whole procedure they did everything they said. I also like the fact that the doctor kept asking if I was ok and if I was feeling any pain. It was not what I expected, and I was very afraid, but the doctor and the ladies in there made me feel very comfortable and I relaxed. I am very Please and I have already Recommended him to a friend that needs his help. I can go on talking about my Good Experience that I had with Dr. Sapp. Thank you sooo much thanks to him I am but on my way to recovery soonwe than I Expected. My also are also happy to see that I am moving alot better on my own.

Excellent medical service.
Dr Sapp listened to my description of my problems with my lower back over the years and most recent incident:; he reviewed all of the records and scans I brought; he then helped me come up with a plan moving forward including with upcoming travel. Both reassuring and informative. I’m happy to have him on my care team moving forward!

Dr sapp is amazing
It was a very straight forward visit. Dr. Sapp used simple language to conduct the visit and explain my condition. That was very important to me because I thought my shoulder pain was something a lot worst.
Verified patient
Dr. Sapp is excellent and I recommend him very highly for sports or injury related needs. He’s exceptionally friendly and attentive to the needs of his patients. He was thorough in his examination and I left the appointment feeling confident in my recovery plan and rehabilitation to get back to my desired level of activity.

The appointment started 40 minutes late. Then I was given an x-ray for a hamstring strain, which doesn’t really make sense to me. Once I finally got to see Dr Sapp, I explained my ailment and symptoms to him, including how difficult it was for me to climb up and down stairs. To which he replied, “So how are stairs?” He clearly wasn’t listening. The physical exam was ok, but I left there with no more answers than what I came with. At one point he left the room while I changed and, after waiting for him to return, I had to go get him to complete the session, as he was chatting with the other medical professions. In the end, he couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my hamstring and I felt like my time wasn’t considered.
Dr. Sapp was thorough, patient, and reassuring in helping me come up with a plan to address my acute pain and return to sport safely.
From beginning to end excellent experience
