He completed his residency training in Orthopaedic surgery at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV, where he served as Chief Resident during his final year of residency. Eager to further specialize, Dr. Daubs pursued a rigorous Orthopedic Trauma fellowship accredited by the Orthopaedic Trauma Association at Nevada s only Level I trauma center at UNLV/University Medical Center of Southern Nevada. This immersive experience honed his expertise in handling a high volume of complex cases. During his fellowship he also had specific training in joint replacement including direct anterior total hip replacement, total knee replacement, robotic joint replacement, and management of traumatic complications of joint replacement. With adjunctive training in both orthopedic trauma surgery and joint replacement, Dr. Daubs has a comprehensive knowledge and vision for which surgery will be most beneficial to his patients. Dr Daubs is an active candidate member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons(AAHKS) and the Orthopaedic Trauma Association(OTA). He takes an individualized approach to patient care and prides himself on his dedication to building trusting relationships with his patients.
