“This was my second time seeing Dr. Dodell. I left the appointment a bit disappointed. I felt like his only solution to my A1c going up was to work out but i mentioned that via my bloodwork my insulin resistance number was going up due to me having PCOS and i felt like he kind of dismissed me. He is a very nice doctor but I felt like he didn’t take my concerns seriously.
Even with that, I was considering going back. The final straw for me was the incredibly rude assistance at the front desk. I communicated to her that my insurance is co pay based and she started to yell at me at tell me i would owe a deductible (not true). I found her very off putting and couldn’t believe she had such a horrible attitude. I wasn’t even aggressive with her. I will most likely never go back to this practice.”
