Most relevant
we had a great deal of confusion and difficulty getting to the appointment with a bunch of emails and texts that seemed dead end. Then when we finally did get in the "waiting room" we waited an hour and a half and then the screen said the provider left the room. So it was an awful experience all the way around and I would never recommend this company.
