Doctor's Assistant, Kai, created a professional and relaxed environment while administering tests and recording medical information. She explained each procedure fully and in a friendly manner.
The Doctor was thorough in her examination and her explanation of the results; she took time to also discuss the recommendations and follow-up.

Dr. Tzanetakos was very friendly, answered all my questions, and gave helpful suggestions for maintaining my eye health as I head into my mid 30's. I appreciated that she really took time to explain everything and helped me to better understand my eyes. The person who walked me through the insurance details at the end was also incredibly helpful and provided me with an accurate, detailed understanding of my different options. Great experience, highly recommend!

Excellent doctor! Had to come in because I had an eyelid infection that had to be treated. Came back the next week for a follow up appointment. Great service and treatment. Will come back for my annual eye exam next year.

The layout was a bit odd as it looked like a storefront with some back rooms. The first man who did my initial tests / images did not seem like an eye expert, so I was concerned. But then he introduced me to Dr. Tzanetakos who did the actual eye exam and contact fitting. She was amazing!!

This doctor is part of a boutique store front that seems to care more about selling high-end eye wear versus treating patients. Although my examination was thorough and complete, I do not recommend this provider as they literally have an aggressive salesperson waiting for you to exit your appointment.
Also, I was given no documentation on my prescription required or any other exam results when I left.

Everybody that took care of me was amazing. I am terrible about going to the eye doctor. Dr Tzanetakos was very insightful and didn't shame me for not coming in sooner. She helped me understand my eyesight and what I can do to better my lifestyle. She has inspired me to return annually. Also Stephanie was amazing as well. She helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. She made me feel very comfortable and inspired me to try new looks. She was very easy going and didn't pressure me. Loved the experience!

Very minimal wait times before and during my appointment. Got great recommendations for glasses (they don't just show you their pricey-est frames), they were able to find me a different contact lens brand that help keep my sensitive eyes from drying out, and everyone I interacted was professional and friendly.

My appointment with Dr. Tzanetakos was great! She is very friendly and took the time to get to know me. She also did a great job of showing and explaining to me the different parts of the eye in the photos taken of the back of my eyes. Highly recommend!

My visit was great, there was a little wait time between steps such as the pre-testing and after the exam but not too bad. Everyone there was very helpful and answered my questions, and bonus helped me find a great new pair of frames at a great deal!

I had a great experience here. I admittedly get a little nervous about the machines used for looking at my eyes, but they were great about explaining to me what they were doing and what was going to happen. Bonus that there's no air puff machine. Everything about my eye health and prescription was very clearly conveyed to me -- moreso than any other eye doctor I've visited. Not to mention Dr. Helen was so nice. Checking out and paying was very easy, and Z walked me through insurance and how everything was applied. So happy to have stumbled upon this gem!
