Dr. Ian Wall is a highly accomplished medical professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the field of gastroenterology. His dedication to patient care and contributions to the medical community have earned him numerous accolades and recognition.
Dr. Wall’s academic journey began with the achievement of a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania. He furthered his education by earning a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa.
His pursuit of medical excellence continued with the completion of an Internal Medicine Residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Wall’s commitment to specialized care led him to undertake a Clinical Fellowship in the Department of Transplant Hepatology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City, followed by a second Clinical Fellowship in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology in the Department of Internal Medicine at Maimonides Medical Center.
Dr. Wall’s impressive qualifications include board certification in Gastroenterology and certifications in Advanced Endoscopy, Therapeutic Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), and Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS). He has contributed significantly to the field through the authorship of numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals, book chapters, and abstracts. Dr. Wall’s expertise has also been recognized through presentations at medical conferences across the country.
Throughout his career, Dr. Wall has received numerous awards, including the prestigious Chief Gastroenterology Fellow title at Maimonides Medical Center and the Fellowship to Leadership Award. Additionally, he holds the distinction of being a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine.

I must say! i’ve been dealing with stomach ulcer since April and i’ve seen two other GI doctors who were just useless and don’t listen to my symptoms or even want to dig deep to try find a way for me to heal or even consider to figure out what is the other issues i have in my stomach. Dr Ian was super patient and wanted to know about all my symptoms and already addressed some of the issues i might have and working for a plan for me to heal. i really have faith in this dr to finally figure out the issues that i’ve been dealing with for months!
