Jaclyn was great! I came to her with a list of questions and she answered all of them with clear information about possible causes and treatments — very efficient. The office staff were all very nice, however, I did have an issue with their online portal and have to fill in additional digital paperwork when I got there. But she reviewed everything that I wrote to make sure she was getting the most context possible. ?With dermatologists, it’s hard to find people who don’t try to sell you an $800 cream or try to just tell you to “reduce your stress”; she did neither and was super efficient as well. Would definitely visit again.

Mrs. Vinagre was great! She's listened to my concerns and reasons for why I was there. I never felt rushed through the appointment. She was knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Really wonderful bedside manner. She was even able to squeeze a quick procedure in before her next appointment so that I wouldn't have to return just for that! All in all, I had an excellent experience.
Thanks Doc! I look forward to my follow-up visit next month!!

She was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, was able to see me within like 12 hours of making an appointment, addressed a bunch of questions I had, put my mind at ease and helped me knock out a bunch of stuff at once for my skincare/acne. Also so friendly and kind. Absolutely going back to see her. This office is amazing and I can't say enough great things!!

Dr. Vinagre was attentive, respective, a great listener and such a friendly person. She listened to my concerns and allowed me to come in with ideas as well if I had any. We came up with a solution that I felt great and excited to see how my skin looks after coming up with a treatment plan. She also has AMAZING skin herself so I trust her 1000%!
