About Dr. Jay Sweet
After graduating from the University of Western States in 1997, Dr. Sweet has been helping people to get and stay well! Focusing on work and auto accidents, headaches, migraines, neck pain, back pain, low back pain, sciatica (sciatic pain) and numbness and tingling into the arms and legs, he concentrates on running a low-pressure practice in which patients look forward to their next adjustment.
Sweet Chiropractic also has massage therapists available 6 days a week to serve the needs of those who need massage therapy, and accepts most insurance plans including Kaiser HMO & PPO.
Numerous studies show chiropractic care to be superior to other methods of treatment for both its effectiveness and lower costs. In fact, the Journal of the American Medical Association now recommends chiropractic as the first means of care for back and neck pain.
While Dr. Sweet practices mostly a “manual diversified” technique, he is also familiar with other low force methods including Activator, Drop Table and parts of the Palmer and Gonstead Methods.

Dr Sweet was awesome! This was my first time there. Dr Sweet Explained everything to me what he was doing and listened to every question I had. I love going to Dr.Sweet. He listens, is professional and gentle, and I leave feeling wonderful. And the pre-adjustment massage is glorious. Over the last 25 years, I have gone to several Chiropractors in the area.....and having grown up with a Dad who was a great Chiropractor, and I had access to the best, and definitely know what to look for, and how I should feel afterwards, I can say Sweet Chiropractic checks those boxes.

I was in the midst of a panic attack and had to cancel my appointment. The office was very supportive. When I was feeling slightly better I thought it was my opportunity to try to see Dr. Sweet again. Dr. Sweet was very understanding of my concerns, particularly my anxiety about chiropractics. He took time to explain the purpose of everything he wanted to do, and give me options for how to move forward with my back pain. First time seeing a chiropractor. Dr Sweet was great! Went in for numbness at the tips of my index finger and thumb from a kink muscle in my upper back. He adjusted my neck and upper back but didn't start to feel better till the next day when I noticed pain and numbness had subsided.
