I was told my insurance would cover the visit and he did some test without my knowledge of having to pay out of pocket and ended up not being able to get my ride home because he changed me for a test I wasn't informed I would pay out of pocket. was dilated and couldn't see my phone to follow the bus route and couldn't text anyone or call cause I couldn't see so I froze. I just was/am upset that I was charged without being informed before test was done.
