Even though she’s not the head doctor here and every one only wants to see the boss(who was booked out for weeks). I would highly recommend seeing Dr Jung. She was thorough, listened to my story, asked good questions and I felt listened to. To even give me a phone call afterwards with some more information. ”

I really liked everything about this office. I brought my 7 month old daughter here to be seen for allergy testing due to her ezcema. Everything was explained to me. The process was quick. The staff and providers were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this practice

Overall a very polite and considerate office. Staff was very efficient and informative of my needs. Came in thinking I would just get testing but was considerate to notify me of what my current needs were. Dr. Jung was very kind with a vast knowledge of information. I have been struggling with my asthma more and more lately, and it turns out it’s allergy-induced. Dr. Jung helped me with allergy testing and a treatment plan which should help, especially during the spring when everything is in the air. As a plus, they also checked my insurance coverage so there were no surprises when it came to payment-the front desk was amazing. I am very thankful to have found Dr. Jung and this practice.

I was extremely uncomfortable with the treatment I received and the complete disregard of what I went there for. The doctor saw me for less than 8 minutes, did not provide an explanation on why I wasn't been tested as that's why I want for and then wrote a lot of incorrect information on my portal, clearly did not bother to listen to what I had said. When I went to cancel a follow up because i simply didn't feel comfortable with this office, the person on the phone was very rude about the fact that I wanted to just cancel and not reschedule and proceeded to hang up on me. Terrible experience, would not recommend.

It was my first time seeing an allergist and Dr.Jenna was great! She was a great listener and provided me with various instructions on how to protect myself from my different allergies. The appointment was quick and went smoothly. The staff was also very nice. I would recommend.
