Joel Willis was superlative---- I presented with a fairly comprehensive case and back history yet he took everything in stride and was quite thorough; much more importantly, he right out of the gate demonstrated that he was a motivated advocate for "next-steps" and a very capable individual who could tie together multiple disciplines [as well as logistical hurdles]. I cannot speak highly enough of my positive takeaway whilst walking away from the office. Very highly recommended.

The desk people thanked me for checking in online and had no further questions. I sat down for less than an minute and was called back. The nurse was friendly and helpful, and the doctor came in almost immediately after that. He really listens and lays out options. I couldn't be happier to have found Dr. Willis.

Dr. Willis was very thorough, but I think he needs to listen to his patients thoroughly. I feel like he was cutting me off when I suggested some test that my psychiatrist recommended. Overall, he is very knowledgeable and pleasant.

The doctor was completely respectful and treated me as a valued customer. I never felt like I was being squeezed for my insurance with a bunch of unnecessary tests or consults. He explained results in my records that other doctors never explained. He wasn’t rushing me in order to get to the next patient.

It’s my second visit and he walked in said “ Nice to meet you” I guess he didn’t even bother to read my charts. Wasted money and time got nothing done. Because he said he can’t spend more than 15 min. He doesn’t care about his patients. It was really disappointing experience. When your primary care makes you feel like your illness doesn’t matter to him...., that’s awful. I have doctors in my family, I heard stories about doctors like him but first time seeing one. He asked me make second appointment and come back for my physical exam and arm injury. I left ~ really disappointed

This was my first appointment with Dr. Willis. My primary physician, who I loved and saw for years, recently moved to another practice so the bar was set pretty high and he met it. I thought he was great. Very thorough and attentive. I would definitely recommend him.

I have called his Office at least eight times following my office visit and left 4 voicemails because he told me that he would fill three prescriptions for me and never called them into CVS. I saw him pre-coronavirus outbreak so that’s not an excuse.
