About Dr. Joseph Kelly
A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Dr. Kelly is a proud owner of a goldendoodle named Doobey and enjoys golfing and traveling in his free time. He is an avid foodie with a deep appreciation for Washington, D.C.'s diverse culinary scene and is always open to conversations about food culture, golf, and tennis. Dr. Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in Chemistry from Georgia State University. He later earned a Master of Public Health and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, followed by a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, Georgia. His passion for chiropractic care was ignited in 2012 after experiencing first-hand recovery from sports injuries and motor vehicle accidents. “My own health challenges, including gastrointestinal issues, were greatly improved through chiropractic adjustments, particularly at the thoraco-lumbar junction,” he shares. Specializing in sports chiropractic and pain management, Dr. Kelly incorporates a subluxation-based model into clinical practice. He utilizes advanced modalities such as digital X-rays, ultrasound therapy, laser therapy, and shockwave therapy to deliver comprehensive care. “By streamlining services within a clinical setting, we’re able to focus on delivering effective, patient-centered chiropractic care,” he notes.
