I was not seen by the doctor I selected, not given the treatment I signed up for. Pushed onto a different treatment that did not reduce, but exacerbated the reasons I made the appointment to begin with.
Online it said they accepted my insurance, and they did not, forcing me to pay out of pocket before even receiving sub-par treatment.
Have tried calling back for a change in treatment and no one is ever available, and no call backs.

Overall, my experience here was 2.5/5 at best. Other than the receptionist the staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. I don't know if it was a Friday or not. The PA was very cold and seemed that my appointment did not matter and she other problems to worry about. The biggest problem I saw that I noticed was the lady in the lab room. First her manners were that of a 6-year-old and she was asking me personal questions while her co-worker was there eating! I never experienced this level of unprofessionalism and left with an unhinged feeling. It was not a pleasant experience

The doctor I met with wasn’t the person I had an appointment with. The staff and doctor at the appointment was very professional and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate their expertise and attention to my appointment.
