“I had an 8:00 am appointment. I arrived at 7:45. I was asked to provide my insurance card. I have been treated ay this practice since March 2025. This is the third time that I have been asked for my insurance information. NOTE: My insurance has not changed this period. The doctor didn't arrive at the office until around 9:00 am. I saw him and it appears that my memory of the last office visit was better than their records on a computer. This is not an isolated incident between this practice and myself.”

I never saw the Dr.!!!! These are the same people who allowed me to get a sonogram in office 1st visit AND I HAD 4 CLOGGED ARTERIES IN MY HEART. After the sonogram the Dr. would call me if he saw something no call. Stress test 2 weeks later as soon as my stress test was over I went on my way at noon. They let you go we will call you if the Dr. sees anything 4 hours later one of the Drs. workers are calling me stating I need to rush to the emergency room. No ideas why cardiac catheterization is what I’m told after the 2nd phone call. You have a blockage you possibly need a stint. Bring an overnight bag if you get a stint they will keep you a day. Well June 4th Cardiac Catheterization stayed in the hospital until June 13th. Had the Quadruple bypass surgery on June 9th. Set up an appointment with your Cardiologist. It’s Monday 16th not supposed to walk more than 5 minutes but he wants a stress sonogram. Heard Dr. talk to other patients just not me. Never met the Dr. one damn time.

Office was chaotic and disorganized. Spent less than 5 minutes with a nurse practitioner who interrupted my intake with another nurse and told her to leave then was frustrated that my forms weren’t fully filled out. After voicing my concerns they did take their time with my testing and follow up care.

The receptionist was rude when I told her that I filled out my forms already on ZocDoc. She then made me refill out the forms and told me that she was unable to print out any forms from the Zocdoc website. This concern me since when I called for assistance I was told that the office printed out my forms two times I’m concerned as to where my information might’ve went
Once I got past reception the rest of the staff was kind courteous and professional

Everything except wait time was excellent. With exception of one staff member, all were highly professional and friendly. One seemed a bit distracted and disinterested. She may have just been having a bad day.
Dr. Yazdani was very attentive and seemed genuinely interested in treating each individual patient which merits complete forgiveness for the wait time although I was a bit of a grouch over the wait.
I've been to too many doctors who seemed more interested in keeping to their schedule than assuring the fully understood their patients' condition and needs. This doctor was not one of those.
If you're worried about your own post appointment schedule, schedule an hour earlier. Quality of care is worth the wait.

Outstanding. The doctor had tremendous bedside manner. He took my complaints seriously and did not talk to me and took the time to explain everything. Also, he ordered tests that made a lot of sense. I also found the rest of the staff to be wonderful. They were all so nice and personable. Not something you see in a lot of doctors offices. Would highly recommend Dr. Yazbani
