We had an outstanding experience with Dr. Kathy Andreadis at ZN Audiology. She went above and beyond for my daughter Leola during her appointment. This visit had been rescheduled multiple times, but Dr. Andreadis welcomed us with patience, warmth, and understanding.
She took her time with Leola, explained every step clearly, and made sure she felt safe and supported throughout the entire exam. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care truly stand out. Even when the test became uncomfortable for Leola, Dr. Andreadis stayed attentive and compassionate, making an emotionally difficult moment much easier for my daughter.
It’s rare to find a provider who combines expertise with such a big heart. We are deeply grateful, and I highly recommend Dr. Andreadis to any parent looking for an audiologist who truly cares.
