Dr. Kathleen Zafra is an experienced OB/GYN who earned her Doctor of Medicine degree through the Global Scholars Program at St. George’s University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, where she was honored with the Resident Achievement Award and the Excellence in Teaching Award in recognition of both her outstanding patient care and her commitment to medical student education. Dr. Zafra obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Public Health at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, where she conducted research that was published in the Journal of Biology and Reproduction.

This was my very first time with this Doctor but I would highly recommend her to anyone she is the absolute best. Absolutely appreciated my experience at Boro Park OB/GYN! I was the last client at 5:30pm and even after what I’m sure was a long day for the ladies - through each step with each person from the front desk to bloodwork I felt genuinely cared for. I plan to recommend this office to any ladies in my life or otherwise that are in need of secure, safe, reliable & respectful feminine healthcare. They even had a “formula raffle” going on! Really doing necessary, amazing work in times like this!

Ive had terrible GYN providers in the past but Dr. Zafra has been the best. She is very understanding and goes the extra mile in her care. She has great bedside manners and is so understanding. In general all of the staff are understanding women and I am forever grateful for finding this clinic.
