I read rave reviews about her beforehand -- and they turned out to be true! Very personable, knows a lot, explains everything well, makes absolutely certain all questions are answered.

This whole business of patients rating doctors is distasteful to me, but I would be remiss if I didn't note that my experience Dr. Rajjoub was exceptional. Her entire team maxed-out on professionalism, efficiency and personal interaction skills, but they were somehow exceeded by the doctor herself.  Her "bedside manner" in terms of warmth, charisma and compassion were off-the-charts amazing. Her knowledge and expertise were obvious and comforting, but one doesn't necessarily expect to feel better about yourself and about life in general just from being in the same room with your eye doctor -- and yet somehow that's exactly what happened. To borrow a quote from Darth Vader: "Impressive. Most impressive."

Thorough, courteous and comprehensive. Very good explaining the situation to a "lay" person. Spelled out treatment options based upon subsequent findings.
