The doctor prescribed a medication that I could purchase in office. He told me to go to the front desk to make the purchase. Upon reaching the front desk I was told that there wasn’t anymore in stock and they would mail it to me. It’s over a month later and I haven’t received anything and the office has not reached out to me.

the visit was great.the nurse and the doctor listened to me and I really hope that the treatment they gave me will work. my only problem is when I was driving into the parking lot. there was some characters out there that looked like they were doing drugs and begging for money it was just me and my daughter so I felt a little unsafe, but that will not stop me from going back next time I will be with my husband for protection.

Upon arriving i was informed that the insurance i had provided was inactive and they would be unable to keep my appointment. I was surprised and said id call the lady at rhe front desk said yes call and clear that up with them. As soon as i walked out i called my insurance who promptly reassured me that my insurance was in fact active. Walked back into the office and gave the phone to the receptionist, to which previous to me calling my insurance card for her to "check again" if my insurance was indeed not active. for the mix up and proceeds to ask why I came i I told her that it was just for a check up because its been a while to which she proceeds to inform me that unfortunately they have to time out that appointment type and that again they will not be able to do that type of appointment. I responded that unfortunately it is an option that was offered by a company their office chooses to do business with and the patient shouldn't be penalized for the inconvenience.

I went to visit Lou for hairloss. He provided me with excellent care, and comfort during the visit. He explained to me every single steps that I can follow to reduce hair fall. He also told me the treatment he can initiate to stop hair loss. He seems very experienced.

My entire experience went smoothly and efficiently. From the office front desk to PA Lou everyone's very knowledgeable and always willing to help patients. Lou always make sure you understand how to properly use your meds. Five stars for sure
