I had a very positive experience with this psychiatrist. She was kind, easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable right away. She took the time to listen carefully and made the appointment feel thoughtful and supportive. I left feeling heard and would definitely recommend her to others.

Dr. Safari is an excellent provider. I reached out to see her because I was in transition but I still needed a psychiatrist. She provided a safe space for me to speak about my symptoms. She made sure to inform me of all my options in regards to medication. She was very understanding of my financial situation. I am so grateful for her help.

I cannot say enough good things about working with this entire team. I felt supported, heard, and cared for since I first met with Mapendo Safari. I was seriously struggling with anxiety ahead of an exam and needed immediate help. She was able to create a care plan tailored to my exact needs, boundaries, and timeline. I am beyond thankful for her care. I feel in control of my anxiety for the first time in a while.

Dr. Safari was able to see me as soon as I had reached out for her care. She has very welcoming at the first meet. She provides good explanations on medications prescribed to me as well as helpful insight on issues I may be having. I am thankful to have her as a support in my mental health journey!

Dr. Safari really listens and explains treatment options clearly. I initially asked about stimulants for my child's attention, but she recommended starting with a non-stimulant first and explained why. I am already seeing some positive changes in my child's behavior, and I appreciate her thoughtful and cautious approach. For parents wondering where to start, I'd highly recommend her thoughtful approach to other parents before jumping to stimulants.

Dr. Safari is the best doctor I have ever had. She is so kind and positive. She is also thorough and thoughtful. I can tell she enjoys her job and cares about her patients. She has a great and responsive staff too! I highly recommend her.

My visit was great! A few of the things I enjoyed about my visit was firstly the wait time. The receptionist was very efficient and I was processed in real time and was able to see my doctor soon after.
During my visit I felt seen, heard and valued. Dr. Mapendo took the time to listen and understand my situation. I felt like i was her only patient for the day. She did not rush me likeI often experience with other providers, and at the end of my visit I had a clearer understanding of my situation and what is going on with me. We hav also charted a more understanding care plan and I already feel like I am on the mend.
Thank you Dr. Mapendo . I envision a great working relationship moving forward and I will surely recommend her to anyone going through a similar situation like myself.

I enjoy my therapy with Ms. Safari. She listens to my issues and always helps me work through them. She is the best! I appreciate her so much. In our short time together, she has taught me to be strong and keep boundaries up. I have grown so much since we started working together.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Mapendo Safari. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, and Dr. Safari was thorough, patient, and genuinely compassionate. She didn’t rush through the appointment and made sure I fully understood . I would absolutely recommend her to anyone . If you’re looking for a doctor who takes the time and truly sees you, Dr. Safari is the one.
