“Her resident, Dr. El Katb was excellent and very thorough. I was pleased that he asked my permission to allow a medical student to participate in my care and how well he taught her. He answered all my questions and several times asked if I had any other questions. Dr. Petronas was equally thorough and made a point of explaining exactly what I need to know about monitoring my own ophthalmologic health at a level that was clear without being patronizing.”
