Dr. Marlin Khouri-Lotz received his Doctor of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in May 2000. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Illinois in 1996. His passion for optometry stems from his desire to make a profound and lasting impact on people's lives, focusing on one of their most valuable senses—vision. For Dr. Khouri-Lotz, the most rewarding part of being an optometrist is seeing how better vision can make a real difference in his patients' everyday lives. Outside of work, Dr. Khouri-Lotz enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with his family.

Dr Khouri took the time to do a thorough exam for my mom and listened to her concerns regarding her double vision in her one eye and unable to see completely clear. She was also very accomodating(as well as the rest of the staff) that my mom was wheelchair bound and unable to to get into the exam chair. I would highly reccomend Dr Khouri and Eye Specialists to anyone looking for a new Optometrist or Opthamologist

Office staff were great with answering my questions. And informing me about insurance stuff. Wait time was quick! The exam was also fast as well, was about 30-40 minutes. Will be coming back for my regular exams!

I have recently moved to Lemont and needed an annual eye exam. I made an appointment at a different place and waited 35 minutes before I left. I was able to reschedule with Eye Care Specialties the next day with Dr. Khouri. Everyone in the office is super friendly and very efficient. Dr. Khouri was super helpful and empathetic. She explained clearly some things happening with my eyes and steps to ensure it doesnt get worse. They worked with me on price matching contacts to get the best deal and I am very pleased overall. I'll be back next year for sure.
