The appointment was quick and efficient and on time. Was alerted to the appointment the day before in the morning of as a reminder text. Dr. Adler was professional as usual thinking of things for me to consider for future treatment as well as how my current treatment is going. highest recommendation of the office and this doctor. ?

Could not recommend this provider more. She is thorough, takes her time, includes you in her exam by explaining what she’s looking for and why, and truly puts patient care first. I had a great experience at this office - parking is easy, check in was quick, and everyone in the office was kind and knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend! Happy to have as my primary care.

Mary Beth is wonderful! Amazing at fully covering my history and walking through anything that required explanation in “layman’s terms” during the appointment. There was some confusion at the front desk about my paperwork?, and knowing what was needed and what I had already completed on Zocdoc. Also, the forms the office had set up in Zocdoc were not set up correctly, and required answers to items that were not applicable or answerable (I.e. required me to select with type of Pacific Islander I was, when I am not a Pacific Islander at all) The office staff could be more knowledgeable, but everyone was very friendly regardless. The main priority for me was finding the right fit for my actual doctor and I did!

I absolutely loved Dr. Alder! This was my first visit to this office for a Well Women's Exam, and she was wonderful. She was very easy to talk to, had a warm bedside manner, and funny! She was also non-judgmental, knowledgeable, and listened to any concerns I had. I'm very happy to have had a pleasant experience because I've dealt with not so great doctors in the past-- I'm glad I finally found the right one. She's going to be my gyno and primary care doc from now on. :) I highly recommend her!

Mary Beth is the absolute best. I’ve been to a lot of doctors and felt unheard, ignored, and sometimes even belittled for my concerns. Mary Beth is the opposite of that. She’s wonderful - patient, caring, and knowledgeable. I will be seeing her for as long as I live in DC and recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic primary care provider!

Mary Beth Alder is a GEM! I had such a positive experience at her office today. She is so personable and sweet, I felt comfortable sharing my medical history with her and did not feel like I had to hold back any information. I will be recommending her to all my friends in the District!

Have you ever been ashamed to tell your doctor the whole truth? That you don't actually work out 3-5 times a week and maybe you drink a little more wine than you let on? Without even realizing it, Mary Beth dispels those worries instantly. She is a great listener, incredibly thorough, responsive, and delivers quality care. Not to mention, she is relatable and realistic. No one is perfect, and she would never pass judgment. I love her so much that I referred all of my girl friends to her and we loving call her our "Sex and the City Doctor."
I followed Mary Beth from the previous health care facility that she was at and am now a new patient at Washington Health Institute. It was the best decision I have ever made. The facility is clean, bright, and the ladies at the reception desk are kind and welcoming. They are the type of people who will remember to ask you how your kid's soccer game was....even if the last time you were in was months prior and soccer season has long passed. 10/10

Mary Beth Adler was an exceptional provider! The experience was a delight from the moment that I walked in the door. They knew that I was coming and had the information that I filled in on line. I was seen immediately and was able to do blood work in the office. Mary Beth herself was an incredible listener and empathetic to my health concerns. She had exceptional advice and a real willingness to dig into the health areas that I've been struggling with. I got a referral the same day for a specialty provider and a personal email from her to share additional information. I feel like this is the healthcare that I've deserved for 40 years and not received. Looking forward to her brand of care.

Extremely knowledgeable and very professional. The support staff are friendly and very competent. Mary Beth Adler is one of the best and I would highly recommend! The office is brand new and very clean, free parking is a plus. Labs are taken onsite so very easy to get everything done in one visit.
