The doctor had poor bedside manner and made me feel bad for asking questions. I felt dismissed rather than listened to.
I was uncomfortable during the Pap test, which felt rushed and was painful. Overall, I did not feel at ease during the visit.

My doctor was nice but there were moments she made me feel a little bad for not knowing something or asking a simple question. the lady at the front desk could have been more welcoming especially when some people have anxiety going into appointments like these. they also screwed up the medication i was prescribed during my appointment. instead of putting it under my name and phone number, they sent it to my emergency contact. I don’t know how that is even possible but it made me lose trust in them since my appointment/medication was something I did not want to share with my emergency contact but ended up having to

Dr. Earnhardt was very non-judgmental and was super kind. It’s so hard finding a provider who makes you feel welcomed and not judged. I am so grateful for her patience and kindness. She took her time to talk to me and educate me. I am very happy I found her.

10/10 bedside service. She is sooooo attentive so sweet , so validating, went and above and beyond to recommend every solution possible to my concerns and did such thorough exam i am not used to this kind of patient doctor care . Funny and makes you feel so comfortable.. i definitely recommend her if you feel like you’ve been shrugged off about your concerns by other doctors . She’s going to be my go to doctor from here on out for any women’s health issues. Thank you so much, also the office staff and cleanliness was impeccable !
