His practice focuses on a wide range of digestive and liver diseases and symptoms, including:
- Irritable bowel syndrome, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, functional bowel disease
- Crohn's disease, colitis, celiac disease, and other autoimmune conditions
- Heartburn/reflux disease, abdominal pain, bloating, nausea/vomiting, constipation, diarrhea, hemorrhoids

Dr. McNeill graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Public Policy from Duke University. He earned his Doctor of Medicine at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, where his service and scholarly pursuits were recognized with induction into both the Community Service and Research honor societies. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine, as well as his gastroenterology fellowship, at the New York University School of Medicine. Recognized for his outstanding patient care and passion for education, he was selected to serve as Chief Resident and Chief Fellow and was elected to the Gold Humanism Honor Society.
Dr. McNeill is an attending physician at NYU Langone Health. His research has appeared in numerous peer-reviewed publications and been presented at multiple national conferences. He is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, American Gastroenterological Association, and American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. His favorite job is being an uncle to his nieces and nephew.
