The staff were kind as was the provider. The reason my score is a two out of five is because this is an urgent care clinic and I went for a very simple post-surgical removal of a JP drain (takes 10 minutes) and they said that they couldn't do it because of "policies" since they didn't put the drain in. To provide context, I had a surgery done in Miami so I couldn't go back to the surgeon to have this simple drain removal. To me, this is exactly what an urgent care center is supposed to do, address something in office which needs to not be delayed but doesn't rise to the level of an emergency.

The office was closed due to inclement weather, so I was never contacted for the appointment, nor was I given notice of the closures before booking. Only when I called in 2 min after the appointment's start time did a rep inform me that they were closed. They shouldn't show online booking availability when offices are closed, big waste of time.

NEVER GO HERE Tried changing my medication that I was doing really well on. Checked my A1C it was lower than last time I had it checked. Said my blood sugar was too high I had to go to Piedmonts ER before I could help. I tried to explain I was drinking sweet tea and I didn’t have insulin with me. I have been in medical field but Dr J (nurse Practitioner)acted as if I was stupid. She didn’t try to understand or talk, acted as if she was only doctor in Georgia. DO NOT GO HERE

At first very nice on 1st night, had to go back next day. They were closing early first night. I had proof of all medical history and medication. My blood sugar was a little high [less 350). Said the only way to refill my neurological medication was go to Piedmont ER because of T2 diabetes. I WiLL NEVER go back. I tried telling doctor I hadn’t taken my insulin, I didn’t have it with me, it was at hotel. I was drinking sweet tea. I tried to talk to Dr J a nurse practitioner but she made up her mind I knew nothing of my own medical history. I wouldn’t take a dead animal to these people. You don’t rearrange a patient medication I had been on for 2 years, when just met them. And my A1C was down.

The entire staff was ABSOLUTELY amazing and professional.. My appointment was quick and painless. This location always does a great job.
The only recommendation is to make sure the office is cleaner. It probably was because it was the end of the evening/last appointment and there was a lot of foot traffic.

I didn’t even see the doctor. I called to inform them of the visit I was told I made a in person appointment visit instead of a virtual visit witch my phone clearly showed otherwise but I was informed they would fix it and change the appointment time witch I was okay with and they told me I would be sent a link to join the visit witch they never sent and they never tried to contact me further so I eventually was just done with the office after that so I just gave up

I scheduled a telehealth a week in advance, never received the intake forms or the link. I called 15 minutes prior to my appointment requesting a link - stayed on hold for 45 minutes, they would answer the phone for a second to say “please hold”. Once I got the link no one entered the call.

My appointment was for 11am, did not see doctor until 12:10. She prescribed 2 meds for me. I called my pharmacy around 5pm and they still had not received. Called doctor’s office back and spoke to 3 different people and finally they called my prescription in. Wasn’t ready until next day, Too long of a delay that could have been avoided.

I booked a virtual/video visit for 12noon. Close to the appointment time I had to call as I was not sent a link to meet. The office told be they thought I was doing a face to face. My confirmation stated video consult. The rescheduled me for 2:30pm. I connected at the new time with the link they sent. 2:35 i received a call stating I had to may my co-pay over the phone. 11 minutes later I was still on the vidoe without anyone signing in. Just after 3pm someone came to triage. She then asked me to wait for the provider who came on almost 3:30. I am so disappointed and upset because a choose the service for several reasons among which is time. I am at work and had a limited amount of time. I also didn't want to deal with the long in-office wait time for a minor issue.

Extremely long wait, extremely unprofessional attitude from front staff, poor bedside manner. There was an unexpected issue with the insurance and the staff made us feel like it was our fault and the issue was discussed very rudely and loudly in front of the whole waiting room and offered no other solution. Will not be returning. We went to Piedmont urgent care, I would rather pay out of pocket if it means getting the care we need with a professional and understanding staff!
