The waiting area was unclean, smelled moldy and the staff was unfriendly. My appointment was at 1 PM. Waited over an hour and I got up to ask the front desk worker when I would be seen and she looked at me as if I was bothering her and said they just took someone back and there’s still one person in front of me. And quickly asked if I would like to wait or be rescheduled. I told her I’ll go somewhere else. I don’t understand the point of setting up an appointment if I won’t be seen at that time.

I don't normally use Zocdoc to schedule appointments. Their front desk didn't seem to know why I was there when she was pulling up my appointment. I purposely scheduled for the first appointment of the day to get a physical before I went to work. I ended up waiting 45 minutes to get into an exam room and was there 2 hours altogether.
The Nurse Practitioner is fantastic and seems genuinely concerned for you. She doesn't leave you feeling like she's just pushing through appointments like some other doctors. They just have long wait times for the triage and check-in processes.

Someone that actually understood my pain with lupus. Such great caregivers. They listened and responded quickly with my pain. I will now keep them as my primary care provider. Very thorough. Felt at ease when I left.
