My daughter needed to be seen by a doctor. This place is sufficient for necessity. I chose this clinic because they were the closest and earliest appointment. However, it would not be my first choice. The cleanliness of this place is a bit subpar for my preference.

I scheduled my appointment around 2pm this afternoon. Filled out paperwork online including my insurance information. Called the office at 6:30. Waited for 10 minutes before hanging up and calling back. When I finally got through, the office wasn’t aware of my appointment and needed to call me back. When they called back 15 minutes later, they needed me to fill out more paperwork. At that point, I was irritated. In the 4 hours between scheduling and my appointment time, they should have been notified and ready. The appointment was cancelled without me seeing or speaking to a doctor.

Very short wait time, efficient and kind ladies at the front desk and in the room with me. My condition was told to me in a way I could understand and easy to follow, with that being said bedside manner was just as wonderful. Care plan and follow up was instructed and clear to follow. Wonderful facility as a whole.

This was a great place to visit. Quiet, clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everyone was attentive and great listeners. The wait was not horrible. The care was exceptional. I definitely felt like they cared and weren't just trying to hurry up and do their job. I will definitely come back and I would definitely recommend this place.

NP Evelyn was kind, knowledgeable and proactive. She was thorough in her explanations and asked the appropriate questions. I plan to continue seeing her as my PCP. Staff was personable and friendly. Yes, I would recommend their services.
I do not speak Spanish, so when one of the medical assistants began speaking Spanish while having difficulty administrating an EKG, I felt uncomfortable. It caused me to be cautious because I began to think...why decide to speak another language when things are not going right? I'm sure that she meant no harm, she was kind and professional, however, I felt that it was in poor taste. During that encounter, the other two assistants continued speaking in English, which was appropriate.

Booked appt online. The office runs a little slow, but the staff was friendly. Not sure if I would label it an urgent care facility. I feel like its more of a healthcare clinic with extended hours.

The illness came over the weekend when most doctors are not available. We were seen by a doctor who was very polite and attentive. The appointment was quick and informative. We will continue to come here for care.
