I was very happy with my visit, the staff were courteous and helpful, and Dr. Songhorian was lovely, thorough and patient. She answered all my questions carefully and clearly, gave me all the time I needed and helped me understand exactly what our next course of action would be, and why. I’m very happy I found her, and plan on seeing her as often as needed. I highly recommend this office and would gladly recommend her to a friend. the doc was great but if you're doing an EEG and you're a black woman, make sure your hair is in cornrows and be aware that you'll probably have to wash it after due to the gel they have go put in your hair.

Amazing experience, I was really skeptical with using an app to download an appt but I really got an appt the same day while other neurologist had two weeks wait time . Furthermore the doctor was very friendly, understanding and Very helpful. I look forward to future appointments

She is absolutely amazing! I haven't felt comfortable with a doctor in such a long time...she has such a wonderful bedside manner, listens without making you feel judged or crazy (most doctors are so jaded they lose their humanity or make you feel invalidated and crazy) she was professional yet personal, understanding and had the most positive personality and vibe. My first time using zocdoc, I was skeptical. Received a same day appointment close to where I live. To say I was satisfied is an understatement. I received a call on my way to the appointment to see if I needed any assistance finding the office etc. most importantly Dr songohorian is an exceptional physician! Took the time to understand my reasons for visit, did not miss a detail in what I shared. Made me comfortable and spend the time thougrouly testing. What's more the Dr and her staff assisted in scheduling follow up tests required! I am so pleased to have met this Dr and highly recommend Dr songohorian to anyone in need of a neurologist

Dr Songhorian is very professional, the wait time was short and the staff was friendly , so why the low score ? I was sent for some tests , to be exact 4 of them including a MRI . That was almost a month ago and there hasn’t been any follow up appointment to discuss the results or nothing . I went there with doubts and worries about my health and I left with the same doubts and worries . The only good thing that came out of this, is that I was able to get my blood work from quest labs . Thanks to this , I can work on some vitamin deficiencies on my own and make changes to my diet

This was one of the worst, if not the worst, doctors appointments I have ever had. There was 0 enforcement of masks in the waiting area, and the receptionist and other staff members weren't masked. The doctor, too, had her mask below her nose, and when I kindly asked that she pull it up, she did, but only after saying that she's been vaccinated, giving her a reason for why she shouldn't have to pull it up. After a quick exam and discussion where she essentially told me to avoid every single trigger you could possibly find when you google "headache" on the internet, including insisting that I go off birth control without knowing a single detail about my gynecological history, she ended the appointment by saying that I should practice more yoga because I am a perfectionist with a stressed out personality. I asked where she got that from, and she said it's because I was wearing two masks inside her office, even though I also have been vaccinated (which is personal information that she had no right to ask about in the first place). If this doctor read even one truthful, scientific news article, she would know that all of the top health experts including the CDC are recommending double masking and distancing, and to not let our guards down, even as vaccines are coming out. A doctor's office, of all places, should be conducting business with the most precise, scientific protocol. Instead, I was gaslighted and made to think that my request that she pull her mask up, and my wearing of two masks, was irrational and must mean that I am a perfectionist. I was so aghast with the doctor's personal and baseless judgment of me, simply because I was wearing two masks, especially during a global pandemic where we all deserve some grace and latitude with how we are coping right now. I will never return to this office and I do not wish this experience on any future patients.
