I provide evidence-based psychotherapies for individuals struggling with OCD, anxiety, trauma, panic attacks, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. I'm passionate about helping people manage thoughts and behaviors that are preventing them from being fully present in their lives. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and acceptance-based approaches (ACT and DBT) to increase flexibility in thinking and behavior, while understanding how relationship dynamics impact your life. I received clinical training at Stanford and Yale University hospitals, and am a member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF).
