They could not allow me to see the doctor because the paperwork they received was not in order for them I will be using another service

Didn’t receive a single email from them with a link just terrible. Even called their number just to get hit with a voicemail that points me to their website before it hangs up.

The nurse never showed for the call. I was being added to two calls and I canceled one since they were at the same time. They charged me a cancellation fee though I’d been trying to reach them for days and sent multiple emails. There’s no option to speak with a person and they are not responsive. Total rip off and not great if you’re suffering and looking for help. They just want your money and now I have to dispute the charge to get my money back. Horrible people!!!!!
