I went to office on Lagrange Rd to stop whatever sickness was coming as I had a very intolerable sore throat and chest congestion. My vitals were clear, bloodwork was taken; negative for strep, and confirmation I was to receive a phone call either Friday 6/27 or Monday 6/30 for Culture test results, and to continue drinking tea with honey and soup to break up mucus. No antibiotics were prescribed. Great.
Both days have passed and I have Not received any phone call or email of culture results. I have endured the worst week with non stop cough attacks and mucus blocking my airway where abx could have killed it direct. I was hospitalized from my body collapsing from sickness and heat. I don’t know if office wanted to not process any papers but I have not received further correspondence to my results or anything.

Ridiculous that I received 6 confirmation texts throughout the day to confirm my appointment only to be turned away when I arrived with them saying they no longer take my insurance even tho they accepted it 5 days previous. Unprofessional and do not recommend

I have walked past this urgent care many times and never considered going there until I strained my back before a big trip and knew I’d never get in to see my primary. I easily made an appointment online and when I arrived I filled out a basic intake form and waited maybe 10 minutes until I was seen. The nurse was kind and the PA I saw was knocked and empathetic. The facility was very clean and organized. I will 10 out of 10 go here again if necessary.

I saw Dr. Ayala and he was wonderful. He listened to my symptoms, provided guidance, was prompt and on time with my appointment and was very kind. The facility was clean and very well managed. The office staff and the check-in process was quick and I didn’t wait more than 5-10 minutes until I was taken back to the room where the doctor came within minutes. From the minute I walked in the door to when I walked out was roughly 35 minutes total. Would highly recommend this facility and will definitely return here if needed.

The building was clean and smelled cleaned, the waiting area was very spacious and the in/out timeframe was wonderful. The PA was so kind and professional. We were in and out in 20, minutes which never happens in a doctor’s office. Not sure if we hit the perfect time, but it was a wonderfully quick experience. Highly recommend.
