Additionally, we will do our best to honor your booked appointment time, but as urgent care, sometimes we may need to prioritize patients who come in with severe ailments and injuries.

Most relevant
The doctor came in for less than 5 minutes. Didn't ask about symptoms or show any interest in following up after the procedure. Had I not requested that he look in my ears he wouldn't have.

The doctor was very rude and dismissive. I came in for treatment of a self inflicted wound and the doctor rudely asked me why I would come get treatment for something I did to myself, and how many more times was I going to do it, etc.
