I believe that long-term, continuous care with the same primary care physician inspires you to be healthier and live a happier life. I work with patients in English, Punjabi, Urdu, and also have a medical understanding of Spanish. I earned my Doctor of Medicine from St. George's University School of Medicine and completed my residency at the University of California, West Los Angeles Veterans Affairs Medical Center. My faith and spirituality play a vital role in my life, keeping me grounded and positive and allowing me to show up more fully for my patients. A thorough understanding of each of their unique medical, social, and family history helps me better manage their needs and connect on a personal level. Outside of work, I love oil painting, hiking, Pilates, and cooking.
