About Dr. Nadmidbaater Gerelbat
As a family medicine physician, my focus is on working together with my patients as a team with extra attention to preventative care. I value the relationships we can build together and love seeing their improvement and growth over time.
Outside of Medicine, I love exploring the city with heavy emphasis on food/cuisine of different cultures. I try to replicate some of them at home later. I also love playing video games with great story and challenges.
My clinical interests include preventative care, treatment of acute conditions, and treatment of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, etc.

Very disappointing service. I called in advance to request a 15-minute extension to my appointment and was explicitly told that the extension was confirmed. Based on this confirmation, I drove over an hour to the clinic. When I arrived 2–3 minutes early, the doctor refused to see me and instead asked me to reschedule for the following day.
What makes this even more frustrating is that the doctor had no other appointments for the entire afternoon, yet still refused to see me. He remained in the office but declined to take an on-time patient.
This experience made me feel that **this doctor did not care about patients at all**, and it seriously damages my trust in Duly Health and Care. I will not schedule with this doctor again, and I no longer feel confident receiving care from Duly Health and Care.
