Dr. Natalie Harris is part of Viva Eve’s integrated team of women’s health specialists, where she brings warmth, expertise, and a deep commitment to providing comprehensive, compassionate care to women of all ages.
After earning her medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago, Dr. Harris completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the renowned New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, where she gained extensive hands-on experience caring for women through every stage of life.
Dr. Harris understands that every woman’s health journey is personal and unique. She takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure her patients feel informed and empowered when making decisions about their care.
She also stays at the forefront of the latest research and innovations in women’s health to ensure her patients always receive the most advanced, evidence-based treatment options available.

Friendly staff, modern facilities. They have a billing person on staff - that someone concerns me because they feel they need someone to be there for their patients to answer these questions - which red flags a bit - maybe that they need someone to do this because there seems to be these issues with the billing. I'm a little concerned about what paperwork gonna be receiving about what I'm gonna have to fill out about what I'm gonna have to submit, but I'm gonna have to see that if it and deal with it if it does

They likely do NOT actually accept your insurance! Despite listing on Zocdoc that they accept all insurances, they are out-of-network for most people and have a very sketchy billing process. Before your appointment, they pull you into a meeting room (which was very odd and surprising) to explain that they are out-of-network but will "never come after you" for what your insurance does not reimburse for. I am not interested in going through an out-of-network provider and wasted my time going to this appointment.

WARNING ; they do not accept any insurances and have a very odd backend model for billing. I am terrified to see what my bills are going to be after going there 3 times and had ultrasounds all 3 times. Aside from billing, the office was very clean and doctors were very kind and clear.

Ladies, I just found my favorite gyno clinic. The place itself looks beautiful and everyone that I worked with was very friendly and nice. It was the least painful pap I’ve ever had and the whole staff eased my mind and nerves. I am going to recommend Viva Eve to everyone!

This is the most comfortable I’ve ever felt in a gynecologist appointment. Although I ended up being seen almost 40 minutes after my appointment time, it was worth the wait and I can’t recommend Dr. Harris enough. She listened to all of my concerns and did not brush any of them off. I also appreciated that she did not try to pressure me or scare me into taking hormonal birth control which has happened often during my gynecological visits. It was one of my most positive doctor experiences.

They don't take insurance, even though it says so on Zocdoc. No one seemed to know what I had made an appointment for, I got someone's attention after 35 minutes or so. After that the treatment itself was good although still have no idea how much it'll be.

A great experience as a first time patient. The office was aesthetic and clean, with water and tea available in a well designed waiting area. The women in the office were all pleasant and friendly, even at the late hour of my appointment. Dr. Harris was kind, relatable, and professional. WARNING: Double check your insurance before going to this office!
The office was lovely EXCEPT I wasn’t told until after my appointment that my insurance wasn’t accepted. I was taken into a room with a billing person who was very nice, but I would’ve appreciated being told before my appointment! I am now getting a hundreds of $ bill on top of my copay for a pap smear that should have been covered.
Zocdoc told me my insurance was accepted so if you have United Healthcare TRIPLE-CHECK before going to this office because they will not let you know till after the fact.

Dr.Harris is fantastic! This is my second time going to her. I went to ask to switch my birth control because it's been driving me crazy. Dr.Harris fully listened to my concerns and was really sympathetic. I felt really understood and valued during the appointment. I was in and out very quickly and got the exact care I need. Dr.Harris encouraged a follow up appointment for me next month to really make sure the medicine is taking well. I feel like she's very knowledgeable and really cares about her patients. This office is super professional and organized. Feels almost like a day spa. They have specialists (eg. phlebotomist, ultrasound specialist, financial advisor) and processes for everything. Took some time for my first visit, but they were very thorough. Depending on how they charge my insurance and me, I would totally recommend this place to my girlfriends.
