Most relevant
after booking the appointment, I went into the office for check-in. They called my name and said that there were no spots available for appointments from Zocdoc were not accepted. I was not able to see a doctor today and I traveled 34 minutes. The receptionist was extremely rude Stated that they don’t know why they still use Zocdoc, but I cannot see a doctor and that was it and do not provide any other alternatives.

I got confirmation of my appointment and I went to this office 25 minutes before my appointment time and the office was closed, I called them and they confirmed the Office was closed the whole day on 4/29/2024 because they didn't have a provider/ Doctor to attend people, they wasted my time booking an appointment when this medical Office was closed all day when I had my booked appointment confirmed.
