If he was a general practitioner I would make him my permanent physician.

I thought he was very rushed. I am 47 and have had a bad knee for 29 years, I do not want knee replacement when I'm 65, I do not want to wear a brace every day and take pills. I did not know, because I'm not in the medical industry what to ask for, however the nurse was very informative and when he was putting the knee brace on me and I told him I had arthroscopic surgery on the knee in 02, I asked him what type of surgery athletes get and asked what it was called. He informed me that it is called ACL reconstruction. That is what I want. Not arthritis pills, not pain pills and not a leg brace for the next twenty years. I am going back for an MRI....they said, but, I have not received an appointment as of yet. The front staff said they would be booking the appointment and would notify me. FYI, the front staff was excellent, as was the nurse. I'm sorry I can't say the same for the doctor. When I had my arthroscopic surgery the surgeon told me, that by the time I was forty, I would need re-construction, I just couldn't recall what it was called. To me what I got and am getting is a band aid on a chainsaw laceration. Bottom line, the doctor may be very good but he seemed as if he was jumping through hoops to manage his work load.
Everyone was very professional and courteous.
