Not all my concerns were addressed and the app is wrong they don’t have a ent specialist. The doctor never came only a NP, and she didn’t patch me for an open wound on my leg.

My second visit two days later was a waste of my time. I should have gone to ER.

Upon entering the office I was acknowledged right away. The Doctor was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything so clear that I was able to understand. Definitely recommend!

The woman who I met and greeted me upon arriving was terrific. The wording in the site says they treat high blood pressure. Saw a doctor who told me they do not treat high BP.
I left miserably unhappy and never to return.

Do not have reliability in the services. Rest of the staff isn’t helpful. Twice I went in for xray and the technician wasn’t available. Front desk is not responsive to my issue. Absolute waste of time

I was a little skeptical about making an appointment at an urgent care but I had an eye infection and couldn’t get in today at my regular doctor. This worked out really well, and I’d do it again for something that needed to be done the same day.

A few things stood out about this place once the receptionist wasn't aware of my co-pay, took the lesser of the two, and advised me I may receive a bill for the difference. No biggie, as I knew what the co-pay would be. The second would be the assistant with long black hair; she came into the room asking what I was there for, which is standard procedure. She then asks about the medication I am on, and as I tell her, she cuts me off. I then had to ask if she cared to know as I have never been cut off mid-sentence in telling a medical practice the medications I am on. Also, she spoke at the speed of lightening as if she wanted to leave. The doctor was working multiple rooms, for the same woman to come into my room and say, "You're still here?" and then take my name. The doctor who attended to me was nice, kind, attentive, listened to my concerns, and was honest with the possibilities of diagnosis which in turn eased my anxiety. Which would be the reason to return if I needed to.
