I was seeking a new prescriber because my insurance has changed. The doctor agreed to prescribe my medication as soon as I uploaded documentation detailing my diagnosis from a previous prescriber. I provided such documentation detailing my diagnosis, including the results of genetic testing. The diagnosis report was on page 4 or 5 of the complete documentation, which included my previous psychologist's notes. The doctor did not read the report, and his administrator asked me to send a diagnosis report (which I already had) so he could prescribe the medication. When I pointed out that the report contained the information he sought a week later, I was informed that the doctor was not licensed in my state. The office gave me a new doctor who was licensed in my state and was unwilling to prescribe my medication because she “doesn't prescribe my medication without proper diagnosis documentation.” They completely failed me, lied to me repeatedly, and their website UX is awful.
