“Booked at 14th st, via ZocDoc was sent to 103rd St by provider’s office. 3 appointments for evaluation needed before seeing cardiologist, all by different people, not the Dr. Event monitor broken, so Dr sends patients to another facility (extra time). 103rd st office no toilet paper or hand soap, staff shares same single seat bathroom. Candles with thick perfumed smoke fill the air in an unventilated office, so painful to breathe. Staff loses paperwork and it’s a mess of mixed up papers behind the desk. Front desk 10/20/2025 male had visible lice on scalp, I felt bitten before I left. Exam room has eyelash mites at 14th st locations flying around. Poor hygiene and no air filters, broken kiosks with paper signs taped over them. Empty or broken water dispenser at 103rd St, with not enough chairs for the crowded waiting room. Downstairs air even WORSE, unmoving, no vents, just a dank, painted basement, low ceilings, a cardio exam room a dog shelter would not approve. No moving air, sick.”

I did not see the doctor I made the appointment with; I saw another internist who was very good and attentive.

Nurses, admin, and doctor were all very nice and answered all questions, with great detail.
The staff was friendly and professional. This made a difference.

Answered all my questions. Caring manner. Helped me set up a plan of care
Dr. Olga is clear in her explanations. I would definitely see her again!
I think that she was very knowledgable. Patient and is very caring.
It was very straight to the point with a brief check up.
Took 4 office visits before I was seen by a doctor (the rest were just tests). Billing department is an absolute nightmare. They demanded I pay a balance that I had already paid for through my HSA and had me wait over 1 hour before sending me through to see a doctor. They do not answer any phone calls, and do not answer emails. Only way to talk to anyone is to come in person

The receptionist was ill mannered
Verified patient
Hi, first of all, I scheduled an appointment to see the cardiologist Dr. Olga Burzyantseva with a referral from my primary doctor. So, when I asked , I came here to see Dr. Olga , the cardiologist, the receptionist responded in a very bad manner” You have do see someone else and NOT the Dr. Olga” I asked why? And she told me to sit down and wait. She was not so pleasant at all. Then later she ordered to make a lot of tests which I already did it in the same week with my primary doctor. But the rest of the professionals (directors) were very nice. And I left without see Dr. Olga which I made an appointment with.

You probably won’t see the doctor you signed up for. Also don’t be surprised if you have to speak a little Spanish to your nurse that takes you in. Plus side though is that front desk staff are friendly, you can get blood work, EKG and imaging done in the same place.
