About Olivia Mannix
Olivia Mannix is a physician assistant who graduated in May 2025 with an M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies from Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a B.S. in Biology from the State University of NY at Geneseo.
During her clinical rotations, Olivia has gained experience in many diverse medical specialties including family medicine, urgent care, internal medicine, psychiatry, general surgery, cardiovascular surgery, women’s health, and hematology/oncology. She has developed strong skills in physical examination and eliciting patient histories to evaluate symptoms and create care plans.
Prior to starting PA school, Olivia worked as a phlebotomist in the laboratory at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital in New York. Her duties included maintaining medical records and collecting laboratory samples from patients on all floors of the hospital including the ICU, emergency department, nursery and ambulatory surgery department.
During her undergraduate studies at SUNY Geneseo, Olivia has served her community by participating in planning fundraising events and campus wide walks supporting the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention and the FoodLink Food bank. She holds certifications in ACLS, PALS and BLS. Olivia is dedicated to providing high quality medical care and is excited to begin her career as a PA at Westside Family Medicine.

Of course, the appointment was with someone other than who I booked with. At the time of my virtual appointment, I still had not received a link or information how to join. I called immediately and it took a minute for them to even find my appointment. After finally sending me the link, the provider joined 20 minutes later. Don’t even bother with this practice.

When I called the office about the PA running late and communicating this late to me, the receptionist showed little to no care about my concerns about it. I had to go to work and I was explaining that to him. He didn’t even offer me another appointment later on that evening or another day or another physician. This is where you find a huge disappointment of lack of empathy and consideration for someone that works in the medical field. This job is clearly not a fit for that male receptionist.

I was told to reschedule the appointment. Then when the appt time came I was not seen. I called and was told to download an app and that I need to switch my pcp to be serviced literally while my virtual visit was supposed to be happening. So I was never serviced by the provider. I had a terrible experience !

I expected to speak to a pain specialist as Zocdoc stated the provider was...only to find out that is not the case and they could not help me at all. Zoc doc needs to do better in terms of listing the specialties of their providers

Scheduled an appointment because it was in network and had an early available time. When it was time to do tele-health appointment I didn’t not receive link or call. I contacted the office, they said I needed to call my insurance company and list one of the PCPs in their office as my PCP in order to be seen. I did not feel comfortable doing this since this provider has never even met me.
Total money grab from the office with insurance. Instead of treating patient needs. It’s all greed.
Very disappointed that I couldn’t be seen today because of this. Also disappointed in this website/service for not letting me know ahead of time.

My insurance was billed but I did not get any test/lab results back from the office. There is no direct phone line to the office, it's a overseas team either in the Philippines or India. The agents continually say they will send me my results but then I hear nothing. I've called 4 times now. No help.
