ā€œI was seen by a different doctor at the office, which was unexpected but fine with me. She was very knowledgeable and attentive when I described my symptoms. It was a quick appointment because she said I need to get x-rays done of my back before we can make a treatment plan, but she still gave me some suggestions in the meantime. Super easy check in, and the front desk was upfront about my insurance coverage and copay so that there were no surprises. ā€

great bedside manner, takes his time to explain everything. he's awesome!

The office doesn’t mange well with Zocdoc so make sure you call first. I signed up through zocdoc, with the office being shown as able to accept my insurance but apparently not. And the doctor had an appointment booked over me. Not sure where the fault was, but if your office is advertising something else here, it is their responsibility to make sure not to waste their client’s time. Not going back again ever

I was seen by someone else but I was asked if I was okay with it. Staff was polite, transparent, open to suggestions on treatment while giving options they felt would work, while making sure I was comfortable with the information provided.
Thanks

good
the doctors here are great and the office is very nicely decked out. However, the front desk reception is very lacking. They are not very useful and cause a lot of issues. They sent me to places to get xray with those places did not offer x rays. They are also very bad about following up on things when you call them. Terrible reception but the doctors are great

It was only an initial consultation, but our meeting was very informative of new treatments in dealing with pain from my arthritis. Dr Baruch never rushed, and was incredibly patient. I only wish that I could continue to work with him, but my sub-tier of UnitedHealthcare had him listed as in-network, when he is not. Curses to insurance companies.

My doctor is beyond a doctor, he is my friend, and he shows so much caring, I wish a lot more doctors would do the same, mane they need to pay my doctor a visit and take notes, it's not hard to be human and care for your patience and furthermore for anyone else. my doctor is the best

First time visit and everything went smoothly from registering, to short wait time and through a comprehensive, unrushed visit with Dr. Raval. He has both an empathetic and pragmatic approach toward his patients. He is similarly focused on big-picture, long term care and also developing immediate treatment options. All of this accompanied by detailed explanations and patiently answering questions.
Verified patient
The doctor was very sincere . He listened to me and gave me excellent care. He explained everything to me clearly and ordered me medications an xray and Mrs of my liumber spine. I was well satisfied I would recommend this doctor to a friend.
Verified patient
Dr. Rawal explained things very well, and he was very helpful with the process of finding a physical therapy place. However, I waited more than 30 minutes the first appointment because things were behind schedule. The second time, I only waited for 5-10 minutes. If you book an appointment, expect several calls from Sarah as a reminder and for confirmation.
I went there they took my money and didn't even check my back. I had insurance and still had to pay a lot of money out of my pocket.

I ended up seeing Dr. Raval instead of Dr. Baruch, but he was great so no complaints! I was looking for a specialist ASAP after a neck injury and I was able to get a same day appointment - which honestly makes me wary sometimes - but I have been so happy with this practice! Dr. Raval addressed my pain that day with necessary injections and then set me up with a PT treatment plan with Dr. Parikh who has also been great. Office is very nice and clean - would definitely recommend.
Had an excellent orthopedic consultation with Dr. Raval. He answered all of my questions and helped me understand which course of treatment makes sense. Highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable of my symptoms Explained my MRI results Treatment at office and felt slightly better He said should feel completely better within in two days after injection
Verified patient
Professional and great. Office is so nice you kind of wish you injure yourself more often just to hang nice waiting area. Free refreshments and water a plus!
I actually met with Dr. Raval at this office, but still wanted to leave a positive review. Wait time was minimal, check in staff were friendly and helpful, and Dr. Raval was superb. Great bedside manner, very knowledgeable, and an obvious desire to help. After a thorough discussion he explained everything I needed in a clear and concise manner. Also provided immediate temporary treatment and a plan moving forward. Great doctor.

I met with Dr. Raval, Dr. Baruch's associate, and it was a great visit. Dr. Raval was welcoming, kind, and patient. Answered all my questions while assessing the injury to my lower back. He asks how I'm doing every time I am in the office for PT. Highly recommend!
I saw Dr Raval and was very impressed.
Verified patient
Dr. Baruch was very helpful.
Dr. Raval (a colleague of Dr. Baruch) was very kind and explained things so that I could understand. Would definitely recommend!
Verified patient
Everyone at the office is very attentive and considerate. I was in a lot of pain, disheveled and needed some guidance as it was my first time there. My doctor was very knowledgeable during my initial visit and prompt in delivering MRI results. You can definitely see their ultimate goal is caring for and literally fixing their patients.

Friendly, welcoming staff, Dr. Baruch took his time and answered any questions I had. He listened to my concerns regarding my pain and explained my plan of care.
Verified patient
The doctor was nice enough, but was running way behind and took a walk in consultation (for 10 minutes) in the lobby before honoring my appointment that was an hour late. The office is very clean and staff is friendly, but it's all too disorganized and there was no respect for my time.
Dr. Baruch was extremely nice and had a great bedside manner. I was taken in pretty much right away. He gave me medication to treat my problem and it appears to of worked the first go around. The office is beautiful too and very modern.
Very pleasant, welcoming office space. Was called about a minute after filling out the paperwork. Dr. Baruch’s partner, Dr. Khaimov was very attentive and listened to what I had to say. Made very meaning full suggestions on remedy’s. Met Dr. Baruch later and he was brought up to speed with my situation , very personable and easy to talk to. A very pleasant experience and look forward to my follow up visit.

Dr. Baruch was on point with assessing my lower back issue and discussing an action plan to address my circumstance. Feeling hopeful in the midst of my physical pain.
