“What I initially set the appointment for they didn't do. They instead went over my medical history twice. What is the point of filling out medical history documentation if they are just going to make me repeat it to them? Then they told me I would need to make another appointment for the treatment that I INITIALLY made the appointment for. They said they could only do one thing that day and that the history was it. I'm frustrated because I feel like they wasted my time just to charge my insurance and that they didn't feel like doing what the appointment was initially for. They should've been transparent from the beginning if they needed to waste an appointment just to go over my medical history. I have to get my medical stuff done so I'll finish doing what's necessary with them but next year I won't use their services again. I feel bamboozled. Everyone was professional and congenial, just not transparent about services during the visit. ”
